Here is what our clients are saying about us... |
The town near the jinjiang airport was a very rough "reno meets detroit" kind of place. The Powerlong hotel, well known for being the best in town, was overly opulent and geared for Chinese customers only.
The Penninsula is the most technically advanced, smart hotel I have seen. Just a treat being in the room. Huge flat screen TV, free global calling through their in-room VOIP phone system. Printers, faxes, espresso machines, in the room. Bathtub with TV and a one-button SPA setting that automatically transforms lighting and music to replicate a spa. + more.
Thanks for all your work getting us to Asia and helping with the last minute requests. The translators worked out perfectly

I wanted to somehow thank those who made our wonderful trip possible and Dr. Mao suggested that I write a letter describing how much I enjoyed and appreciated all that was provided for us. First I want to reiterate that my daughter who has taken Dr. Mao's Mandarin class and I immensely enjoyed ourselves and felt well cared for every step of the journey throughout China. We only wish we could have spent longer and seen even more. The hotels and the most of the meals were top notch; the itinerary which included cultural exposure, top sites to see in the 6 cities, the variety of travel modes, ie train, plane, boat, rickshaw and bus were all so entertaining and enjoyable. I commend the designer of our trip and most especially the constant care of Vincent and the tour guides. Every need was cared for. Vincent actually rode with me to a coat factory in Shanghai where my sister had arranged for me to have a coat made by a tailor she knew. He rode with me in a taxi to assure that I would be safe and well cared for. He continually served our travelers in similar ways for a variety of individual needs. I was aware of Vincent obtaining medication for Mr. Bringhurst who was suffering from a kidney stone attack. Not enough can be said for the tireless efforts of Vincent or your tour guides that taught and cared for us during our 6 city tour. I hope that I will be able to afford another excursion to parts of the world I have not yet seen and perhaps a return trip to some of those areas I just saw.
Again, I thank all of you for a wonderful vacation that I will never forget. "

As Bette Midler once said, “People are not the best because they work hard. They work hard because they are the best.” The entire 032610-China Classic-Ohlone College travel group thanks you for your superb service, and we salute you for lending us your most excellent travel agent – Mr. Vincent Tang.
Every one of us had a wonderful time in China, and it was Vincent’s tireless efforts, his knowledge, competence, sensitivity, flexibility and courtesy that made it possible. He was consistently prepared to give anyone a lift over a rough spot, for example lending his coat to our travelers while hiking on the Great Wall or, elsewhere, providing an electrical converter when our own malfunctioned. Please accept our wholehearted appreciation of his diligence and dedication that afforded every one of us such a caliber of experience in China.
We also want to thank you and your other staff members for all the pre-trip work that contributed to the success of this adventure. We are impressed that you, the President of R.& J. International, came personally from San Francisco to Ohlone, in Fremont, to deliver your outstanding service. We also compliment our pre-trip tour operator - Polly Lam – for the commendable job she did to meet the various needs of our group members in preparation for the trip.
We will be continually grateful for your invaluable assistance and excellent service. We look forward to our future
travel adventures with Asia Journeys and will count it a privilege to recommend your travel agency to anyone considering.
